Title: Powter Confetti Rice

1cRice
1 1/2cWater or broth
1tsSalt
1tsGarlic powder
1cCut carrots, very thin 2 inch long strips
1/2cChopped red onion
1cCut zucchini, 1/4 inch squares
1/2cFrozen corn kernals
1/2cDiced red bell peppers
1/2cFrozen peas
2tbChopped parsley
1tbThyme or marjoram

Place rice, water, salt and garlic powder in a pot with a tight fitting lid. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer. After 10 minutes, add carrots and onion. Steam another 5 minutes, then add remaining veggies.
